Supports finance operations through resident billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash deposits, file auditing, census management, and billing data entry. Handles resident inquiries, move-outs, entrance fee refunds, month-end support, G/L reporting, correspondence, regulatory processes, and budget assistance while safeguarding confidential financial information.

Develop and deliver enterprise-wide internal communications supporting HR initiatives, employee engagement, company culture, and organizational priorities. Responsibilities include writing and editing content, administering the intranet, managing communication calendars, supporting events and town halls, partnering with leaders, measuring engagement effectiveness, coordinating recognition submissions, and leveraging digital and AI tools to improve communication processes.
