Provide administrative support to Business Office, Sales & Marketing, and Executive teams in a senior living community: maintain resident and prospect records, assist with admissions, billing, payroll review, reports, marketing tasks, front desk coverage, and CRM updates.

Lead community sales and marketing to drive move-ins and occupancy by managing leads, delivering tailored tours, building referral partnerships, supporting families, collaborating on marketing campaigns, tracking metrics in Salesforce, and representing the community at events.

Lead capital planning activities for assigned portfolios, owning budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and complex variance analysis. Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards, oversee project accounting and vendor/contract evaluation, partner with finance and operations stakeholders, drive process improvements, and mentor junior analysts.

Execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement. Support campaign execution across digital, social, email, and traditional channels; create content and collateral; manage CRM and email marketing programs; coordinate vendors, agencies, and stakeholders; track analytics and report insights; assist with photo/video shoots and train users on marketing tools.

Lead administration and continuous optimization of the Adaptive (Workday) planning platform. Own model architecture, diagnostics, integrations, administration, and governance. Implement automation/AI enhancements, support budget and forecast cycles, onboard communities, ensure data integrity and reconciliation, and partner with stakeholders to standardize models, reporting, and ERP impacts.

Greet residents, guests, vendors and answer phones at an assisted living health center. Handle deliveries and mail, take meal orders, create maintenance work orders, resolve issues, and assist the Administrator with projects. Weekend availability required.

Provide strategic and administrative support to Finance and Development leaders: financial analysis, budget tracking, reporting, executive support, meeting and travel coordination, project leadership, master calendar management, minutes and follow-up, vendor negotiation, and creation of professional presentations and reports.
