The Accounting Director oversees onsite accounting, billing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and resident and vendor financial matters for a senior living community. Maintains audit-ready documentation and improves reporting processes while coordinating with BI, IT, leadership, and process owners.

Leads marketing and sales strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue goals for a senior living community. Oversees sales pipelines, prospect consultations, tours, lead follow-up, marketing campaigns, events, website presence, referral partnerships, and performance reporting. Mentors sales staff, collaborates with community and regional leadership, and provides market insight on pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning.

Leads financial oversight for a portfolio of communities, driving budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash management, financial reporting, and capital allocation. Partners with regional, community, operational, and executive leaders to analyze performance, develop action plans, improve efficiency, and ensure governance, controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Presents financial results to executives, boards, owners, and other stakeholders while coordinating with accounting and finance centers of excellence.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including phone coverage, visitor reception, filing, record retrieval, correspondence, inquiry resolution, scheduling, meeting coordination, office supply management, equipment maintenance, and departmental event planning.
