Pylon's first Controller will own month-end close, GAAP financial reporting, AR/AP operations, systems and ERP implementation, internal controls and audit readiness, automation of accounting workflows, and management of auditors, tax advisors, and banking relationships to scale finance operations.

Lead marketing strategy, owning positioning, messaging, and pipeline-driven demand generation. Run product launches, set OKRs, align with Sales, and manage a six-person cross-functional marketing team to drive revenue and growth.
