Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2012, SLES/RHEL Linux, and VMware ESX environments. Configure and maintain 1Gb/10Gb LANs and Layer 2/3 Ethernet devices. Provide Sales business process support by diagnosing and resolving Sales & Trade management system issues, documenting cases, collaborating with Field/Headquarter Sales, Customer Service, and IS Application Support, and applying sales policy knowledge to support client needs.

Support CI&PM team with budgeting: monitor, update, and coordinate multiple budgets, manage related project tasks, maintain detailed records, and liaise across teams using strong Excel and project management skills.

Provide administrative support to People & Organization (P&O) including onboarding logistics, training and recruitment support, file maintenance, event and room booking, and assistance to senior leaders with travel, expense reports, and meeting coordination. Participate in continuous improvement and deliver small projects to increase department efficiency.

Collect and analyze web/eCommerce data to evaluate business functions, define operational objectives, capture requirements, monitor project progress, resolve issues, and recommend process controls. Produce functional specifications, use cases, test plans, and process flow diagrams (Visio). Collaborate with site teams in daily meetings, perform data mining with TeaLeaf/Core Metrics, and ensure quality assurance and change control.

Work with Agile teams to analyze, define, design, build, test and support web-based applications. Gather and negotiate requirements, perform data profiling and SQL analysis, create data models and lineage, identify risks/dependencies, and provide technical guidance for banking/financial clients.

Provide on-site end-user desktop and phone support: image/reimage laptops, desktops and thin clients; open/close and manage tickets; accept and document hardware deliveries; troubleshoot hardware, encryption, VPN, system configuration, and mobile/Mac issues; create shipping labels and track shipments. May require after-hours and weekend work.
