Supports wealth management advisors and clients through account opening, maintenance, documentation, transaction processing, compliance procedures, and service issue resolution. Manages client communications, referrals, account activity reviews, data accuracy, operational workflows, and changing priorities. Coordinates with sales, compliance, back-office teams, and other business lines while helping improve client satisfaction and system usage.

The role serves as a business-side subject matter expert and partners with technology, data management, business teams, and vendors on system enhancements and strategic analytical initiatives.

Reviews and investigates potential OFAC sanctions matches, identifies transactions requiring blocking or rejection, researches supporting documentation, applies sanctions regulations, assists with screening system testing, and supports audits, examinations, and regulatory information requests.

Provides senior-level client service and operational support for commercial banking accounts. Responsibilities include opening and maintaining accounts, reviewing KYC and beneficial ownership documentation, processing transactions and loan support activities, resolving exceptions, addressing client inquiries, identifying cross-selling opportunities, preparing reports and client materials, and mentoring and training other Client Specialists while ensuring compliance and operational accuracy.

Manages first-line risk and controls in a regulated banking environment. Responsibilities include issue lifecycle management, operational risk event analysis, RCSA, control inventory and effectiveness assessments, remediation, audit and regulatory support, risk reporting, and advising business leaders. The role requires strong root cause analysis, corrective action planning, consumer banking knowledge, and the ability to influence control owners and leadership without direct authority.

Manages mortgage loan pipeline pricing, investor commitments, hedge performance, rate monitoring, and daily rate-sheet distribution. Maintains relationships with secondary-market investors, supports risk mitigation and profitability, ensures compliance with bank and investor requirements, and oversees new loan product releases.

Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server applications, IIS-hosted web applications, databases, connectivity, and SSL/TLS certificates. Partner with developers and vendors, onboard teams to DevOps platforms, and automate application deployment processes using PowerShell. Maintain documentation, resolve complex technical issues, support CI/CD workflows, and participate in on-call incident response.

Provides commercial lending support to relationship managers and bank clients. Reviews and funds loans, manages portfolio exceptions, processes overdraft payments and credit-line withdrawals, coordinates loan closing documentation, orders appraisals and related reports, and communicates with attorneys, insurers, title companies, and other professionals. Also assists with client banking needs and receives training on loan documentation, funding, LaserPro, and attorney-prepared documents.
