Manage and grow a commercial banking client portfolio by acquiring prospects, deepening relationships, and delivering customized lending, deposit, and banking solutions. Advise clients on financial needs, structure complex credit solutions, monitor portfolio risk, and collaborate with credit and treasury specialists. Drive loan, deposit, fee-income, and retention goals while maintaining regulatory compliance and community relationships.

Designs and develops complex Salesforce solutions for digital banking, including Financial Services Cloud architecture, Apex automation, Lightning interfaces, integrations, security frameworks, AI capabilities, and CI/CD pipelines. Leads code quality, release governance, technical design, compliance modeling, testing, and developer mentorship. Requires extensive Salesforce experience in financial institutions, advanced Apex and integration expertise, multiple certifications, and knowledge of Salesforce AI technologies.

Develop and grow client relationships, generate revenue, provide investment and financial planning advice, conduct client reviews, and build referral partnerships. The advisor will support clients’ financial and estate-planning goals, communicate the firm’s value proposition, monitor market trends, recommend investment solutions, and drive business development within the community.

Processes collateral lien releases for consumer and commercial loans, including real estate, vehicle titles, UCC filings, securities, and deposit accounts. Prepares and records release documents, processes paid-loan and integrity reports, communicates with recording offices and vendors, maintains accurate imaging records, and ensures compliance with policies, controls, and service-level agreements. Provides internal and external customer service while supporting procedure testing and documentation.

Supports wealth management advisors by managing client relationships, account openings and maintenance, paperwork, service inquiries, reconciliations, and compliance procedures. Coordinates with sales, compliance, back-office teams, and other business lines while maintaining accurate client data and records. Handles inbound requests, monitors workflows, supports client and prospect meetings, and manages multiple time-sensitive assignments. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably FINRA and insurance licenses.

Manages commercial banking relationships with high-value clients, develops new business, structures and recommends loans, evaluates credit risk, prepares underwriting materials, coordinates deal teams, finalizes term sheets and closing requirements, monitors covenants and portfolio performance, and advises clients on financial products and strategies.

Leads a team of data analysts supporting marketing campaigns and projects. Defines audience, segmentation, and measurement requirements; designs Alteryx workflows and ETL processes; connects Salesforce, Data Cloud, Databricks, and other platforms; ensures data quality, integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance; and improves reusable data delivery processes across marketing technology systems.

Supports wealth management advisors and clients through account opening, maintenance, documentation, transaction processing, compliance procedures, and service issue resolution. Manages client communications, referrals, account activity reviews, data accuracy, operational workflows, and changing priorities. Coordinates with sales, compliance, back-office teams, and other business lines while helping improve client satisfaction and system usage.

Participates in a 24-month banking rotation program across business areas, supporting projects, client activities, process improvements, and operational initiatives. Builds enterprise knowledge, business acumen, leadership readiness, and cross-functional relationships through rotations, mentoring, training, and capstone work. Prepares updates and recommendations, completes development activities, applies feedback, and demonstrates sound judgment, adaptability, accountability, and alignment with bank values.

Processes paper and electronic data accurately, prepares departmental reports and budget roll-ups, maintains documentation, handles routine information requests, supports customers, and assists with employee or community projects while completing required compliance training.
