Lead architectural review and remediation of Axway SecureTransport environments: assess architecture and DMZ, remove single points of failure, define remediation roadmap, improve HA and DR, harden perimeter, implement monitoring/alerting, document configurations and runbooks, and perform knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Support broker-dealer and security-based swap dealer entities with GAAP-compliant accounting, month/quarter close, financial statement preparation, balance sheet substantiation, transaction and entity-structure financial support, process improvements, audits, and ad-hoc projects.

Lead oversight of third-party fund administrators and transfer agents for commodities funds, validating NAVs, valuations, and financial reporting; ensure regulatory compliance (’40 Act), manage audits, service provider due diligence, and governance materials; support new fund launches, operational improvements, and cross-functional coordination with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Finance.

Monitor and analyze market risk exposures for equity trading desks, support model integrity and back-testing (VaR, stresses, Greeks), build and maintain risk reporting tools, prepare risk summaries and regulatory reports, reconcile P&L attribution, and collaborate with trading desks to enforce risk limits and investigate deviations.

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable C++ code; diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs; collaborate with clients and internal teams on requirements, design, and implementation; uphold code quality through testing and reviews.

Manage trademark and domain name filings, follow-ups, deadlines, and records; assist with patent maintenance and annuities; generate reports; liaise with counsel and internal clients; support strategic IP initiatives and maintain confidentiality.
