Supports the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics CRM team through platform development, business requirements research, technical documentation, governance support, and adoption initiatives. The intern participates in Agile Scrum projects, documents discovery sessions in Azure DevOps, communicates platform changes to stakeholders, collaborates with consultants, and improves SharePoint-based platform archives and communications while developing hands-on Power Platform expertise.

Leads complex integration, regression, functional, automated, and API testing for highly integrated systems. Supports Lending Workforce Management through workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, data analysis, system-data audits, and report generation. Assists with operational research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, strategic initiatives, project work, meeting documentation, and data updates. The intern collaborates with Lending teams, maintains data accuracy, and provides insights to improve efficiency and resource utilization while remaining enrolled in college.

Leads Navy Federal’s Risk Intelligence Unit and enterprise BSA/AML/CFT Compliance Program. Oversees KYC, CIP, CDD, EDD, customer risk rating, transaction monitoring, SAR/CTR reporting, regulatory examinations, risk assessments, regulatory change management, vendor relationships, and automated compliance systems. Manages a 45–50-person team, collaborates with technology and onboarding groups, advises business leaders, liaises with regulators and law enforcement, and drives operational effectiveness, training, remediation, and strategic program development.

Leads cross-functional programs supporting business transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. Develops program plans, manages resources, risks, governance, budgets, stakeholders, and performance reporting. Delivers updates to senior leadership, supports business cases and investment planning, ensures compliance, promotes change readiness, and mentors program staff. Partners with finance, HR, operations, and internal and external stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes and continuously improve program delivery practices.

Analyze digital payment adoption, engagement, transaction flows, and member behavior using large datasets. Build statistical and predictive models, dashboards, and visualizations with Python, SQL, Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau. Translate analytical findings into recommendations for product strategy, member experience, operational efficiency, economics, and risk, while presenting insights to technical and business stakeholders.

Supports the SPARC team by translating complex data and business information into clear visual stories and executive-ready communications. Responsibilities include refining dashboards, creating graphics and diagrams, developing presentations and templates, researching visualization and user experience practices, assisting with strategic messaging, and presenting recommendations to leadership. The intern will collaborate with analysts and business leaders while exploring AI-enabled approaches to content development and information delivery.
