The Workforce Optimization team partners with Lending business leaders to ensure the right staffing strategies are in place to meet operational demand and member needs. Through workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and data analysis, the team provides actionable insights that improve efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
To optimize the performance of business operations by analyzing current and forecasting future performance. Apply various analytical techniques to solve operational issues and support strategic initiatives. Work under minimal supervision.

- Provide support to the Workforce Management department of Lending; may work on small projects or portions of larger projects
- Support Lending business strategy and initiatives
- Assist and collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignments
- Perform research and basic analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions with teammates and business partners
- Attend meetings with various Lending departments and Workforce Management maintaining detailed notes of discussions and important action items
- Perform routine audits of system data to ensure accuracy needed to support forecasting and scheduling functions
- Process and update data in automated systems; may generate and analyze reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university
