Build financial models and templates, provide ROI and cost/benefit analysis, prepare executive presentations, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, FP&A, Digital, and global markets to inform strategic decisions.

Produce end-to-end social-first commerce video for paid channels: concept, script, shoot, edit, and publish. Build repeatable paid formats and a performance-driven format library. Partner with editors, manage briefs and handoffs, review campaign metrics with Performance teams, iterate on creative, and ensure all assets remain on-brand and conversion-optimized.

Lead end-to-end social-first paid commerce production for Allure: concept, script, shoot, edit, and deliver conversion-optimized assets (Instagram, Reels, TikTok). Develop repeatable formats and a performance-driven playbook, partner with editors and performance teams, manage briefs and handoffs, iterate from campaign metrics, and scale winning creatives while preserving brand voice.

Principal-level front-end architect responsible for defining and enforcing front-end architecture, performance budgets, and delivery strategy. Own edge/CDN and web delivery, RUM and Core Web Vitals instrumentation, and guardrails for component/state/rendering strategy. Provide hands-on technical leadership, drive island architecture adoption, address adversarial traffic concerns, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver performant, resilient reader experiences.
