New York, NYCondé Nast is seeking a Global Associate Manager of Marketing for Vanity Fair. Condé Nast’s brands have a passionate global audience that is unparalleled, and Vanity Fair’s marketing team is charged with working closely with editorial to determine where and how Vanity Fair needs to show up in the world to drive relevance for audiences and advertisers.
This role will support the marketing team in driving commercial revenue, working closely with editorial and other cross-functional partners (e.g. Sales, Creative, Research & Insights, Events) to ideate, build, and socialize brand programs with both global importance and local expression, curated for the platforms and nuances of each market.

Role Responsibilities
Handle daily interactions with internal stakeholders to help shape and vet brand-led revenue requests for both U.S. and multi-market programs
Identify creative opportunities by understanding Vanity Fair’s audience, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to help differentiate us from competitors
Marry advertiser initiatives with creative concepts that are authentic to Vanity Fair’s ethos and voice
Help articulate the brand’s GTM to educate global sales and marketing teams on full suite of products, initiatives and partnerships
Work closely with team to develop and package sponsorship opportunities for editorial tentpole events (e.g. Vanity Fair Oscar Party)
Evangelize editorial programs and products internally and externally. Act as internal spokesperson, attending sales calls to articulate and sell-through partnerships when warranted
Develop proactive opportunities to draw endemic fashion and non-endemic (e.g. Auto, Tech, Finance) advertising partners to the brand across all platforms (e.g. print, video, digital, social, experiential)
Manage key operational and organizational workflows, including scheduling cross-functional meetings, social content approvals, maintaining internal resources and marketing materials, and ensuring timely updates to the company’s internal communications platforms.
Requirements
2-3 years qualifying experience
Some experience and a passion for brand marketing, digital media and/or content publishing
Demonstrated detailed thinking, exemplary accountability and follow through
Insightful problem solving
Next-level attention to detail with an appreciation for process documents and trackers
Work ethic and interpersonal skills that inspires collaboration and motivate creative thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Extremely strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of and passion for entertainment or fashion industries are a plus
The expected base salary range for this position is from$65,000 - $75,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
