Build and manage high-value enterprise account pipelines through outbound prospecting and land-and-expand strategies. Conduct discovery calls, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored technology solutions that produce measurable business outcomes. Apply AI, strong engineering practices, testing, version control, monitoring, and thoughtful system design to improve operational workflows.

Provide technical customer support and help users maximize value from Hightouch’s SaaS platform through Intercom, Slack, phone, and email. Read API documentation, understand customer data foundations and common business systems, answer questions, conduct discovery, and collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. The role requires strong communication, organization, adaptability, curiosity, and initiative in a fast-changing startup environment.

Provide technical support and onboarding to customers, troubleshoot integrations and APIs, answer questions via Intercom/Slack/phone/email, collaborate with TA/SE/Engineering, and help customers derive value from the Hightouch platform.

Requires substantial experience in positioning technical products and familiarity with MEDDPICC.

Recruit candidates for sales roles while partnering strategically with GTM leaders and hiring managers. Responsibilities include defining talent needs, sourcing and prescreening candidates, managing recruiting processes, building pipelines through multiple channels, representing Hightouch to candidates, and developing offer-closing strategies. The role also helps establish foundational recruiting processes and programs in a fast-changing, competitive environment.

This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity for Hightouch's engineering team by owning the build/test/deploy processes, improving multi-cloud infrastructure, and driving excellence in testing.

Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for mid-market customers. Provide technical guidance, manage onboarding projects, troubleshoot escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, and surface product feedback to drive platform improvement.
