Support acquisitions, ERP/WMS/TMS/EDI validations, develop dashboards and KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and partner cross-functionally to refine the enterprise O2C data model and drive process improvements.

Lead social content strategy and execution across organic and paid channels, write on-brand copy, manage community and influencer partnerships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze digital KPIs, and optimize campaigns while overseeing basic photo/video production.
