Serve as a senior SETA IT and CNO SME supporting PMSP: translate mission requirements into technical designs and acquisition packages, assess emerging technologies, perform gap analyses, and support infrastructure strategy and DoD IT policy optimization to enhance SOF mission support.

Provide PKI LRA/Trusted Agent support, maintain cybersecurity records and VRAM data, produce security metrics and reports, prepare training, review accreditation and SAAR-N forms, assist audits and code-signing requests, and manage related administrative tasks.

Produce custom 2D/3D models, animations, motion graphics, and print materials supporting Army systems; translate technical data into visualizations; storyboard and collaborate on animation projects; and optimize content for print, web, video, and presentations while ensuring branding and accessibility compliance.

Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps/Dataverse) integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics. Build business rules, create near-real-time ARLT and PALT milestone dashboards, format and manage electronic content, and support business process improvements aligning IT systems with organizational goals.

Support establishment and maintenance of logistician processes for DCS/DDS programs. Compile logistics data, analyze parts and inventory, prepare/receive shipments, validate parts for procurement sustainability, produce reports and briefings, and support scheduled and urgent tasks to manage parts and materials inventories.

Manage development of compliant, competitive proposals for government solicitations: lead cross-functional teams, analyze RFI/RFQ/RFPs, build schedules and compliance matrices, run kickoffs and color reviews, perform quality assurance, support oral presentations, and oversee final production and lessons-learned.

Manage end-to-end funding transaction data workflows, validate PR/PO integrity, monitor burn rates and ULOs, track contract lifecycles, build automated Power BI/Tableau dashboards, perform ad-hoc forecasts and analyses, prepare leadership briefings, and ensure data governance and compliance for Directorate financial operations.

Lead and sustain QA frameworks and metrics for DoD/Navy IT systems; ensure compliance with IA controls; drive process improvement and corrective actions; prepare for audits and produce KPI/defect reports; review technical deliverables and collaborate with IA and engineering to mitigate quality risks across the system lifecycle.
