Provide records management and information assurance support: oversee records program, maintain office records lists, advise on disposition, ensure NARA/DoD/Army compliance, conduct surveys/inspections, develop and deliver training, and maintain audit readiness for RMIC/MICP testing.

Lead day-to-day management of contract and task order execution, serve as primary point of contact with COR/CO, oversee and develop contractor staff, produce technical and financial reports, ensure timely quality deliverables, and apply process improvement, change management, and strategic advisory to resolve complex problems and deliver solutions.

Produce reports, approve invoices, assign technician tasking, and ensure compliance with contract, safety, and IA requirements.

Provide hands-on IT support for Navy systems: install, configure, and repair hardware/software, troubleshoot OS and network issues, support server maintenance and patching, document configurations, follow security protocols, deliver user support and basic training, and assist with asset management.

Perform contract and funding oversight for assigned groups: prepare and validate funding documents, review purchase requests, track obligations and burn rates, manage contract modifications, analyze data and build reports/dashboards, support dispute briefings, coordinate with finance/contracting/program teams, and author SOPs to improve acquisition and funding processes.

Prepare and coordinate complex financial analyses (forecasts, depreciation, return evaluations, working capital, investment analysis) to support NAVSEA programs. Produce periodic financial reports, ensure DoD/NAVSEA compliance, reconcile accounts, use Navy ERP and PBIS, lead projects, and mentor junior analysts.

Provide senior-level financial and program analysis supporting budget execution, develop POM/BES exhibits and RDT&E appropriations justifications, align funding to mission objectives, prepare executive briefings and PowerPoint materials, and support senior leadership reviews.

Provide operations and management analysis for RTI Business & Operations, supporting records management, export control policy, international visits and agreements, onboarding, awards, outreach, and SharePoint/records administration; assist process improvement and protocol for senior leadership.

Provide principal-level strategic and financial analysis and executive portfolio support aligning RTI technologies to Army modernization priorities; prepare budget exhibits and funding justifications for POM/BES; develop executive-level briefings and coordinate across divisions.
