Provide programmatic, financial, and administrative support for S&T initiatives: conduct studies, coordinate stakeholders, support TRAs/MRLs, manage budgeting/POM processes, prepare briefings, maintain SOPs and FFRDC feedback, and deliver specialized IT/communications support as assigned.

Provide onsite PMR support conducting EVMS surveillance and IMS analysis for shipbuilder deliverables. Validate EVM reports, reconcile cost/schedule data, perform QA of IMS, produce reports, recommend corrective actions, and maintain program plans using Primavera or MS Project and Power BI.

Support BD team for federal contracting by researching opportunities and partners, qualifying leads, tracking status, maintaining spreadsheets and contact lists, preparing PowerPoint briefings, scheduling meetings, and assisting capture and proposal planning and execution.

Execute and monitor procurement and financial transactions in Navy-ERP and related systems, maintain spend plans, resolve discrepancies, produce financial reports and analyses, coordinate with stakeholders and update tasker trackers daily to ensure accurate budget execution.

Manage development of database projects including DBMS design, system analysis, programming, OS internals, and data manipulation languages. Plan and budget staff and data resources, supervise support staff daily, monitor performance, and implement efficiency improvements.

Develop and maintain SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Translate business requirements into secure, governed M365 applications, prepare and model data for reporting, build dashboards, support testing and performance tuning, provide user training and light support, and participate in agile ceremonies.
