Lead strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management for assigned spend categories. Manage RFPs, contract negotiation and review, SLAs, risk mitigation, and supplier performance. Drive cost savings, cycle-time improvements, and compliance. Execute functional, system, regression, UI, accessibility, compatibility, and exploratory testing. Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and strategies. Detect, report, and track defects; communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lead testing efforts, mentor new employees, and collaborate with BAs, product owners, developers, and administrators to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
