Lead and support business continuity and crisis management activities: conduct business impact analyses, update BC plans, execute BC testing and quality assurance, administer Archer for Operational Risk, and assist crisis response to minimize operational, financial, and reputational impact.

Design and deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning programs by partnering with SMEs and learning teams. Evaluate and implement instructional technologies, create training materials (scripts, role-plays, guides), and measure program effectiveness using surveys and analytics. Build dashboards and reports to show ROI and impact, provide training and guidance on instructional tools, and manage multiple long-term projects to completion.

Support execution of the third-party risk management lifecycle including due diligence, monitoring, reporting, and program management. Support delivery of Financial Advisory Services by servicing member relationships, identifying life insurance and annuity needs, coordinating with specialists, delivering staff training, working referrals, assisting licensed investment and trust representatives with non-licensed tasks, participating in community events, and performing administrative duties. Requires regional travel and adherence to confidentiality and attendance policies.

Support semi-monthly payroll processing and related administrative tasks: verify prorations and retro pay, respond to employee payroll inquiries, log garnishments and verification requests, maintain payroll documentation, cross-train on payroll operations, and complete special projects to ensure accurate, timely payroll settlement.

Lead post-closing operations to ensure internal booking and sale-ready loan files for GSE-eligible products. Oversee managers, enforce regulatory compliance, maintain audit-ready quality controls, monitor KPIs using LOS and servicing data, and resolve complex title, legal, and post-closing issues with internal and external partners.
