Perform risk-based internal audit assurance activities across financial, operational, and compliance areas. Design and execute audit tests, document work papers, identify control weaknesses, present findings, and support remediation while coaching junior team members and using data analytics where applicable.

Lead and execute risk-based IT audit engagements: develop audit programs, test controls (including data analytics), identify control weaknesses, communicate findings, guide remediation, mentor junior auditors, and maintain the audit plan and universe in alignment with regulatory requirements and IAS methodology.

Assess, test, document, and monitor the credit union's IT control environment. Perform technology risk assessments, document IT policies and standards, track and drive remediation plans, aggregate and report IT risk metrics and KPIs, execute risk and controls assessments for audit/regulatory needs, and partner with stakeholders to improve risk management processes and reporting.

Manage budgets, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital and traditional marketing, content, and collateral. Build quarterly/annual plans, measure KPIs, optimize campaign performance, and provide reporting and insights to business owners.

Lead enterprise operational excellence: define strategy and roadmap, manage improvement portfolio, optimize operating model and processes, drive change management, deliver analytics-driven outcomes, and advise executives to improve cost efficiency and member experience.

Lead operational excellence efforts by identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities, coaching Black Belt projects, defining KPIs and dashboards, validating financial benefits with Finance, delivering executive reporting, and developing reusable OE tools, standards, and playbooks to achieve measurable service and financial outcomes.
