Lead compliance programs for the credit union's Financial Advisory Services, serving as Chief Compliance Officer for RIA, Broker-Dealer, and Life Insurance entities. Advise business lines, develop policies, oversee AML/BSA programs, coordinate regulatory exams and audits, build compliance data analytics and reporting, and report to boards and executive committees.

Lead and develop a security incident detection and response team, oversee SIEM engineering, threat hunting, digital forensics, incident triage/investigation and response. Develop IR plans, playbooks, metrics, coordinate cross-functional response, and report trends to executive leadership while improving detection and response capabilities.

Provide operational support, implementation, and strategic development of IAM solutions (PAM, SSO, IGA, CIAM, MFA, AD). Configure and tune tools, drive automation, mentor junior engineers, participate in on-call rotation, troubleshoot access incidents, and ensure alignment with security best practices and compliance.

Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IAM solutions (PAM, SSO, IGA, CIAM, MFA, AD). Configure and integrate IAM tools, automate user lifecycle, support governance/compliance, mentor engineers, lead projects, participate in on-call rotation, and drive security posture improvements.

Support Lending Change Administration by scheduling and facilitating project meetings, tracking status and risks, maintaining schedules and OCM plans, documenting policies and procedures, liaising with stakeholders and vendors, and coordinating cross-department project tasks to ensure timely completion.

Perform project and contract financial analysis (NPV, IRR, payback, cash and P&L views), monitor project forecasts and actual spend, conduct post-implementation variance reviews, prepare monthly spend reports and create/close Workday project codes. Produce business cases and presentations to support investment decisions and prevent overspending.

Support execution of the third-party risk management lifecycle including due diligence, monitoring, reporting, and program management. Coordinate with business lines and internal stakeholders to assess vendor risk, maintain inventory and documentation, and support audits. Maintain regulatory knowledge and help refine TPRM governance and contingency planning for critical third parties.

Support semi-monthly payroll processing and related administrative tasks: verify prorations and retro pay, respond to employee payroll inquiries, log garnishments and verification requests, maintain payroll documentation, cross-train on payroll operations, and complete special projects to ensure accurate, timely payroll settlement.

Manage and lead credit card systems projects and BAU changes, coordinate vendors and IT teams, troubleshoot production issues, ensure compliance, supervise and develop staff, and report program status to stakeholders.

Provide consultative, member-facing insurance guidance and sell life, personal lines, and annuity products across an assigned territory. Achieve productivity benchmarks using SECU tools and lead platforms, support newer specialists, coordinate with other advisors for complex cases, build referral networks across business lines, and ensure compliance with carrier and system requirements.
