Lead new business development and exceed individual revenue targets while coaching and scaling a team of Account Executives. Build agency and regional advertiser relationships, manage pipeline and forecasting, recruit and develop sales talent, and shape territory and regional sales strategy to drive growth.

Work directly with JT AI Labs leadership as a strategic generalist supporting strategy, pricing, community growth, product discovery, operations, and research. Own projects end-to-end, build business cases, run expert calls, write specs, track priorities, and surface market and user insights to shape the roadmap.

Manage and maintain EDI data, create and import delivery plans, forecast orders, monitor on-time delivery, handle abnormal shipments, communicate with customers, enforce MRP/production suspension and change controls, and meet departmental KPIs.

Contact delinquent borrowers via outbound calls to secure payment arrangements, locate hard-to-find customers, escalate repos or legal when needed, document all activity, meet collection targets, and work with recovery/repo agents while following FDCPA/FCRA compliance.

Screen and identify candidates, contact and interview applicants via phone/text/email, schedule interviews, maintain ATS records and job postings (Indeed), build candidate pipelines, assist HR Manager with onboarding and HR projects, and help improve recruiting processes.

Provide operational support and administration for hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure, AD), networks, servers, and identity platforms. Troubleshoot incidents, perform provisioning, patching, and lifecycle maintenance, support projects and deployments, assist security/compliance and DR efforts, document procedures, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure system reliability and continuity.

Develop and maintain customer relationships within assigned Pennsylvania territory; generate new business, manage accounts, present pricing and supply-chain solutions, coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, and drive revenue growth for flat-rolled carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum products.

Lead and improve quality across BPO operations by developing QA frameworks, monitoring customer interactions, tracking key metrics (CSAT, NPS, FCR, compliance), driving CAPA and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/COPC), mentoring quality teams, preparing reports, and partnering with operations, training, WFM and clients to meet SLAs and enhance customer experience.

Guide volunteer packing sessions, provide hospitality, perform repetitive warehousing tasks (cleaning, labeling, palletizing), handle retail/donation transactions, maintain food-safety and facility cleanliness, support site initiatives and training, and assist with special projects.

Drive territory sales by managing and developing independent manufacturer representatives, recruiting and training reps, delivering technical training and customer support, negotiating major account agreements, preparing forecasts and budgets, supporting promotional activities, and reporting to national sales leadership. Role requires significant travel (around 50%).
