Partner with clients to gather business requirements, configure and validate Charles River IMS/OMS implementations and upgrades, support UAT and workflow validation, resolve issues, and drive client adoption and production readiness while collaborating across business and technical teams.

Implement, configure, and support Charles River IMS/OMS upgrades and implementations. Design and maintain integrations (APIs, ETL, messaging), manage batch processing and scheduling, troubleshoot applications/databases, collaborate with stakeholders, and produce technical documentation to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using React and Angular. Translate UX into reusable UI components, ensure accessibility and cross-browser performance, integrate with REST APIs, write unit tests, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot UI issues, and drive continuous frontend improvements.

Configure, deploy, and validate client SaaS environments and execute end-to-end application upgrades. Troubleshoot applications, databases, integrations, batch jobs, and infrastructure; perform root cause analysis; support testing, go-live, and stabilization. Produce technical documentation and coordinate with PMs, engineering, QA, and clients to resolve implementation issues and improve operational practices.

Design, develop, and enhance low-latency front-office pricing and risk applications for electronic trading. Build high-performance, event-driven, multi-threaded systems; implement CI/CD and automated testing; support production; collaborate with Sales, Trading, Quantitative Research, and Infrastructure; provide technical leadership and mentoring within Agile teams.

Assess and document current and target Martech architecture, identify redundancies and integration gaps, define unified data and process flows, recommend consolidation and integration patterns, produce architecture artifacts and implementation sequencing, and coordinate with business, engineering, security, and operations stakeholders to enable a simplified, scalable, AI-ready Martech landscape.

Assess and document current and target Databricks architecture to improve scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and resilience. Identify bottlenecks across pipelines, clusters, storage, and consumption layers. Define scalable patterns for ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and data serving. Recommend workload optimization, autoscaling, compute governance, and performance tuning. Enable AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities on Databricks, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to produce architecture documentation and implementation plans.

Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests for Fixed Income trading applications. Validate trade lifecycle flows, OMS/EMS integrations, RFQ/D2C/D2D workflows, and data pipelines. Develop and maintain automated test suites, analyze results, drive defect resolution, and support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.

Provide technical support and maintenance for production, testing, and development databases. Troubleshoot issues, perform migrations, monitor performance, administer DBMS, ensure backups and security, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs.

Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines. Collaborate to develop reporting tools. Build and maintain data lakes for ML solutions.
