What You’ll Do- Partner with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support Charles River IMS (CRIMS/OMS) implementation and upgrade initiatives across investment management organizations.
- Configure and validate compliance rules, user roles, security settings, and business workflows.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), workflow validation, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
- Provide functional guidance throughout implementation projects while driving client adoption and continuous improvement.
- Experience implementing or supporting Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or comparable Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Strong understanding of investment management operations, trading lifecycles, and portfolio management workflows.
