What You’ll Do- Develop, configure, and support technical solutions for Charles River IMS (CRIMS/OMS) upgrade and implementation projects.
- Design and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, ETL tools, messaging platforms, and database technologies.
- Support batch processing, scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and dependency management across enterprise environments.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues spanning applications, integrations, databases, and data transformation processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to deliver successful end-to-end implementations.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Experience implementing or supporting Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or other Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Strong programming experience with Java or C#.
- Experience working with XML, XSLT, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience developing integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, ETL tools (Kettle/Talend), and messaging platforms such as MQ or Kafka.
- Experience supporting batch processing, scheduling tools (such as Tidal), and enterprise job monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across applications, integrations, and data layers.
- Experience supporting Charles River IMS (CRIMS/OMS) implementations or upgrade programs.
- Understanding of investment management operations and trading workflows.
- Experience working within Financial Services or Capital Markets environments.
