The Process Engineer will analyze, optimize, and develop production processes; lead product launches and technology transfers; and implement improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency. The role supports capital investment projects from planning through commissioning, conducts HAZOP, PHA, and PSSR risk analyses, contributes to Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and advises production, engineering, and other departments on process safety and technical matters.

Support the Nordic Finance Controller across Denmark, Norway, and Finland with financial close, reporting, audits, statutory filings, tax compliance, payroll accounting, SOX controls, and business performance analysis. Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, identify financial risks, and contribute to finance transformation, process improvement, and ERP optimization initiatives.

Supports regional logistics control tower operations by managing delivery exceptions, coordinating alternative transportation, monitoring supplier service-level agreements, and producing logistics KPI reports. Performs Excel-based analysis, supports contract negotiations, audits, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and business requirements gathering. Coordinates with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customer service teams to resolve logistics inquiries, complaints, claims, and service tickets within agreed timeframes.

Supports Accounts Payable operations by processing invoices, reviewing open interface transactions, resolving discrepancies, handling urgent requests, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining compliance and controls, and updating process documentation and SOPs. The role also contributes to AP process improvements, ad hoc projects, and special assignments while meeting service-level and quality standards.

Develop and optimize innovative paints and coating systems for metals, alloys, plastics, and other substrates. Plan, conduct, evaluate, and document laboratory experiments and product tests. Support customer projects from concept through market launch, provide technical customer advice, assist with complaints and improvement processes, and participate in production and application testing on site. Collaborate with sales, quality management, and production in interdisciplinary project teams.

Provides daily technical support and troubleshooting for customers, resolves complaints, supports Sales and Production, and manages tinting machines at customer sites. The role develops customer relationships through surface-treatment improvement projects, maintains CRM and technical documentation, delivers customer training, supports product development, and collaborates with the laboratory team in Sweden. Domestic and international travel is required as needed.

Leads HR business partnership and people strategy for the SW Malaysia plant. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, staffing, training, compensation and wellbeing programs, HR reporting, compliance, succession planning, performance management, and change management. Partners with plant and regional leaders to optimize organizational capability, maintain accurate employee data, support business goals, and ensure effective HR operations.

Plant and demand forecasts using sales data, optimize inventory and production capacity, manage excess and obsolete stock, monitor supply-chain KPIs, collaborate with Customer Service and Operations, and improve processes and delivery performance in an international environment.

Leads brand and channel marketing strategy across EMEAI Industrial Wood brands, coordinating Sales, R&D, Product Management, Communications, and Digital teams. Develops marketing plans, drives brand and channel execution, analyzes markets and customers, manages budgets, builds customer partnerships, and leads team development. The role aims to grow market share, sales, margins, and new product revenue while delivering strong ROI.
