Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Lacktechniker (m/w/d) oder Ihr Studium im Bereich Chemie, Lacktechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Materialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen und möchten Ihre Ideen direkt in innovative Produkte einbringen? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Entwicklungsteams und arbeiten Sie an der Entwicklung moderner Beschichtungsstoffe für nationale und internationale Kunden.


Responsibilities
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung innovativer Lacke und Beschichtungssysteme für unterschiedliche Substrate wie Metalle, Legierungen und Kunststoffe
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Laborversuchen
  • Mitarbeit bei Kundenprojekten von der ersten Idee bis zur Markteinführung
  • Technische Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden bei anwendungstechnischen Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung von Produktprüfungen sowie Analyse und Dokumentation von Versuchsergebnissen
  • Unterstützung bei Reklamations- und Verbesserungsprozessen
  • Begleitung von Produktions- und Anwendungstests beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Qualitätsmanagement und Produktion in interdisziplinären Projektteams
Qualifications
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lacktechniker (m/w/d) oder Studium im Bereich Chemie, Lacktechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Materialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Lacken, Beschichtungen oder chemischen Produkten wäre von Vorteil
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Qualitätssicherung, Prüfverfahren und Produktentwicklung wäre von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Forschung, Entwicklung und technischer Kundenberatung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen insbesondere Excel und Power Point
  • Fließend Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Skills Required

  • Completed vocational training as a coatings technician or degree in chemistry, coatings technology, chemical engineering, materials science, or a comparable field
  • Experience developing paints, coatings, or chemical products
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, testing procedures, and product development
