The Strategic Account Manager drives growth in Generalist Lifestyle channels, managing sales, analyzing performance, and building retailer relationships, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead design and delivery of order-to-cash (OTC) processes across wholesale, retail and e‑commerce. Partner with tech teams to implement SAP S/4 Fashion template, manage stakeholders, drive continuous improvements, and support rollout activities including testing, migration, cutover, training and hypercare.

Support and execute IT audit engagements for SAP ECC/S/4HANA focused on ITGCs (user and privileged access, change management). Design and document controls, perform automated/manual testing, review application and process controls, manage SAP authorizations and role administration, collaborate with internal and external teams, follow up on findings and support remediation and role cleanup initiatives.

Manage sourcing and vendor selection for assigned indirect categories (e.g., tech/digital services); run RFx processes, coordinate vendor onboarding, support contract negotiations and renewals, maintain vendor documentation, and serve as procurement point of contact for business teams.

Lead European demand forecasting and translate seasonal forecasts into monthly SKU- and category-level plans. Collaborate with merchandising and sales, monitor FA/MAPE/bias, analyze forecast errors, refine statistical models, maintain master data, drive process and analytics improvements, and prepare senior-management reports and recommendations.

Support the footwear design team with sketches, color/graphic/material application, mood boards, visuals for presentations, trend research, data management, and administrative tasks while contributing creative ideas.

Lead definition and execution of PUMA's global ecommerce commercial strategy, align stakeholders, develop business cases and performance reporting, support Global Ecommerce leadership, and drive initiatives to strengthen brand equity and profitable consumer growth.

Lead global loyalty and membership program growth: optimize member engagement and retention, analyze customer behavior and KPIs, support market rollouts, launch features and partnerships, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive data-informed loyalty activations and communications.
