Coordinate new product introductions and industrialization from concept through production in an automotive manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include DFM assessments, manufacturing process development, tooling validation, PFMEA and APQP activities, quality documentation, engineering changes, product qualification, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. The role partners with cross-functional teams to achieve quality, cost, timing, delivery, and customer requirements.

Design, develop, and report supply chain metrics and a 30-month rolling forecast. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will develop electric HVAC products, manage requirements, drive system design and certification, and handle technical issues.

Design, architect, and implement enterprise Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management solutions (Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, PKI). Lead IAM transformation across IT/OT/cloud/SaaS, enforce Zero Trust, enable SSO/MFA/passwordless, integrate identity governance, and drive compliance (SOX, NIST, GDPR). Provide architecture, standards, and stakeholder leadership for global IAM adoption and security resilience.

Develop turbochargers based on customer needs, lead production releases, provide technical support, and engage in DFSS programs for problem-solving.

Administer and maintain Oracle HFM and integrations with SAP and Workiva to ensure accurate global financial consolidation, reporting, reconciliations and SOX-compliant external filings. Develop custom reports, automate disclosures, support close cycles, train finance users, and liaise with IT and consultants for upgrades and enhancements.

Conduct aerodynamic, heat transfer, and structural analyses for turbocharger components; optimize turbine and compressor stages using FEA and CFD; plan and evaluate performance and durability tests; develop novel design and analytical methods and testing approaches.

Design and optimize compressor and turbine aerodynamics, collaborate with engineering teams, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement in turbomachinery design.

Support the development of next-gen products by defining system requirements and ensuring alignment across firmware, hardware, and software teams. Manage technical issues, supplier selection, and document electrification architecture.
