Sell Arrow’s electronic component products within a defined territory, grow profitable sales across existing accounts, and maintain customer and supplier relationships. Responsibilities include customer service, quotations and deal closure, customer and territory planning, account strategy, and supporting value-added and supply chain engagements. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, collaboration, and sales skills in a hybrid office and remote environment.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for 10–15 Citrix customer accounts, driving platform adoption, technical value realization, risk resolution, and customer satisfaction. Lead customer cadence calls, strategic reviews, adoption plans, workshops, briefings, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Partner with sales, presales, professional services, Citrix teams, and channel partners to support retention, expansion, renewals, and long-term account growth.

Designs, implements, manages, and maintains Windows and Linux server environments, warehouse IT hardware, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery systems. Ensures system availability, resolves incidents, supports workstations, mobile terminals, printers, and barcode scanners, documents processes, advises on new systems, and improves IT services. The role also requires customer-focused communication, occasional European travel, flexible working hours, and support outside production hours.

Supports supplier quotations, pricing requests, margin reviews, margin recovery, volume pricing, and discount processes across EMEA. Maintains accurate pricing data and databases, collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and suppliers, and provides timely pricing information. The role requires strong Excel skills, communication, negotiation, attention to detail, customer focus, and fluent English.

Manage strategic customer accounts across an assigned sales territory by identifying markets, developing relationships, creating account plans, and selling electronics supply-chain and value-added solutions. Lead internal and customer quarterly business reviews, drive sales and demand creation, improve customer service, and collaborate with suppliers. Requires technical customer and vendor engagement, pricing expertise, sales-system proficiency, and independent problem-solving.

Administer Foreign Trade Zone processes and ensure compliant inbound, inventory, and outbound transactions. Reconcile WMS movements with ICRS records, audit receipts and documentation, resolve FTZ issues, support new system process mapping, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, service providers, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and government officials. Develop and maintain SOPs and the FTZ Manual while identifying process improvements and completing daily compliance activities independently.

Manage, administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize corporate IT infrastructure, with emphasis on Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Conditional Access, MFA, and GCC High support. Own ServiceNow tickets, change implementation, documentation, compliance, endpoint governance, audit readiness, vendor troubleshooting, and operational metrics. Develop scripts and packaging, support users, monitor service health, remediate non-compliant devices, and recommend infrastructure improvements.

Supports and improves the Quality Management System, ensures ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance, leads customer-facing quality investigations, and drives corrective and preventive actions. The role conducts root cause analysis, 8D investigations, trend analysis, audits, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. It collaborates with Sales, Engineering, and distribution teams while serving Italian-market customers. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, and the position is remote in Italy.

Supports customer adoption of Qualcomm embedded processors by creating demand, influencing architecture decisions, enabling sales and engineering teams, and developing strategic opportunities. Builds relationships with customers, Arrow teams, and Qualcomm personnel; provides technical positioning and training; monitors opportunity pipelines; reports market intelligence; and recommends actions to improve Qualcomm-related business growth.

Leads Citrix sales strategy, forecasting, revenue growth, sales operations, team development, customer and partner relationships, strategic negotiations, competitive positioning, and cross-functional go-to-market execution. The role manages sales targets, performance metrics, budgets, pipeline health, and executive reporting while coaching sales managers and building a high-performance organization.
