Lead the full bid lifecycle for complex logistics automation proposals, including strategy, planning, customer workshops, reviews, risk management, governance, and final submissions. Owns end-to-end system integration and testing from design through handover for airport logistics automation projects. Translates requirements into system designs, defines integration and acceptance strategies, leads test phases, manages supplier verification and validation, identifies and mitigates risks, integrates subsystems, and coordinates engineering teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensures systems are reliable and operationally ready at handover. Travel is approximately 50% of the time.

Own the enterprise networking product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization. Translate business and operational needs into user stories, balance technical debt, security, reliability, and innovation, and lead networking projects and platform improvements. Manage stakeholders, suppliers, risks, and dependencies while aligning networking capabilities with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and cloud strategies. Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement of secure, scalable networking services.

Design, program, and commission PLC- and industrial PC-based automation and sortation systems. Develop control documentation, integrate with mechanical/electrical teams, lead site commissioning, train staff, troubleshoot, and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety compliance.
