Your role
As Integration Manager, you are part of the project leadership team and work closely with the Project Manager and engineering leads. You take ownership of the integration and testing of the full system.
You maintain the system overview while others focus on individual components. You translate functional design into a working solution and lead integration and test activities from start to handover.
You identify risks early and act before they impact delivery. You make clear decisions when trade-offs arise and ensure all parts come together into a system that performs reliably in a real operational environment.

What you bring
You have a technical or logistics education, at least at Bachelor level.
Familiarity with customer processes within airport logistics is preferred.
You are familiar with systems engineering processes (requirement management, verification and validation, change management and configuration management)
You build strong, effective partnerships with customers and internal and external suppliers.
You have a proven ability to balance quality, lead time, and cost.
You have well-developed analytical skills, and you think at system level
You have good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and use those to motivate people at all levels and act as a teambuilder.
You’re willing to travel, for about 50% of your time. Travel depends on the project phases.
Because of the environments in which our systems operate, such as airports, a security clearance (VOG and in some cases VGB) can be part of the role.
Your department
The IT & Integration department is part of the business unit Airport Solutions within Vanderlande Industries and is responsible for the system design, testing, and integration of Airport systems worldwide. We are working for European customers like Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, London Heathrow Airport but also for our international customers like Hong Kong International Airport and JFK.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5665 to € 7689 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
