Requires high school education, strong communication, on-call availability within 30 minutes, and a helpful, safety-focused attitude.

Designs and develops Level 1-2 eLearning using multiple authoring tools, applies adult learning principles, produces videos and job aids, uploads/tests content in LMS, and collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to meet project timelines.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: greet and direct patients, answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, collect payments and verify insurance, process medical record requests, referrals, and authorizations, and assist with daily closing procedures.

Provide front-line desktop and device support: troubleshoot hardware/software, perform basic repairs and imaging, support AV, follow SLAs and SOPs, collaborate with IT teams and vendors, document tickets, and complete preventive maintenance.

Designs and maintains KPIs, dashboards, and reports; aggregates, cleans, and analyzes complex healthcare datasets; delivers data-driven insights and presentations to stakeholders; supports quality improvement and financial/operational analyses across the organization.

Perform maintenance, inspection, calibration, repair, and safety testing of complex biomedical equipment. Manage inventory and equipment database, coordinate vendors/subcontractors, ensure regulatory compliance, build clinician relationships, participate in on-call rotation and regional travel as needed.
