Identify inefficiencies in Sales Operations and incrementally automate workflows using AI-enabled solutions. Build, test, and maintain integrations for reporting, data processing, sales support, and content generation. Develop prompts, apply basic SQL/BigQuery, collaborate with stakeholders, and continually evaluate new AI and automation tools to improve speed, consistency, and quality.

Lead end-to-end implementations of airline pricing, revenue management, and optimization solutions as the SME. Conduct business process workshops, onboard and train users, validate and analyze data, run quality checks, capture best practices, and coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and account teams to ensure successful adoption and post-go-live support. Mentor junior analysts and travel to customer sites as needed.
