About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer – UI/Frontend to drive the architecture, design, and development of high‑performance user interfaces for our next‑generation web applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks—particularly React with Redux—and brings strong technical leadership, clean coding practices, and a passion for building scalable, reliable, and intuitive user experiences.
Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers through design, development, code reviews, and best practices.
Own the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver high‑quality features.
Frontend Development
Design and develop responsive, high‑performance UI components using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
Build modular, reusable UI components with clean and maintainable code.
Implement state management with Redux, Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, or other best‑fit patterns.
Optimize application performance, page load times, and rendering efficiency.
Full-Stack Exposure
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js (as needed).
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Quality & Delivery
Drive code quality through automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Ensure adherence to modern security, performance, and accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in frontend/UI development.
Degree in Computer Science / equivalent certifications
Strong expertise in:
React.js and Redux (Redux Toolkit is a plus)
JavaScript (ES6+)
TypeScript
HTML5 and CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design)
Node.js development and tooling
Strong understanding of modern build tools: Webpack, Babel, Vite, or similar.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices integration, and JWT/OAuth authentication.
Ability to design scalable UI architectures and lead technical discussions.
Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and performance‑tuning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UI frameworks like Material UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind, or similar.
