We are seeking a Product Support Analyst I to join our global Customer Support team, where innovation knows no borders. This team serves as frontline support for customers hosted in the Sabre reservations system, ensuring issue resolution and smooth operational performance across our portfolio of solutions. As a Product Support Analyst I, you will perform logical analysis to diagnose, replicate and resolve technical support issues ranging from simple to high complexity. Working under direct supervision, you will act as a key liaison for global customers, recommend best usability practices and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, efficient time management and a clear focus on customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
Analyze, replicate and resolve customer technical support cases involving Sabre reservations systems and related applications.
Serve as a primary customer interface, evaluating issue impact, demonstrating urgency for sensitive cases and escalating appropriately.
Research product outputs and application behaviors to guide customers on product functionality and system maintenance.
Collaborate with advanced support, account management, implementation and development resources to drive issue resolution.
Manage daily priorities and personal technical growth while maintaining effective communication with co-workers and global clients.
