Assists with corporate accounting operations, including month-end and quarter-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, financial statement preparation, audit requests, and internal controls. Builds business cases, dashboards, forecasts, and recommendations while partnering with franchisees, concessionaires, internal departments, and external stakeholders to advance opportunities from identification through execution.

Leads foodservice equipment integration, restaurant space planning, kitchen innovation, and design engineering across multiple restaurant brands. Develops layouts, fabrication details, engineering standards, specifications, and equipment compliance guidelines. Manages projects from concept through testing and implementation, oversees analysts and contractors, tracks budgets and KPIs, coordinates vendors and construction partners, and provides on-site installation and prototype validation oversight.

Leads global accounts receivable and collections, setting departmental direction, managing staff, reducing delinquent receivables, overseeing billing and cash application, and ensuring accurate subledger and general ledger activity. Partners with franchise, legal, finance, treasury, and operations stakeholders; manages risks, controls, KPIs, audits, and process improvements. Coaches domestic and international teams, supports workout plans and dispute resolution, and presents collections performance and cash flow insights to senior leadership.

Supports Baskin-Robbins Cakes and Take Home category management, including product launches, pricing and menu strategies, marketing programs, planograms, readiness materials, and digital/POS execution. Develops business cases, sales and profit forecasts, product calendars, presentations, and category strategies. Collaborates with marketing, culinary, supply chain, franchisees, agencies, vendors, and technology teams to drive product performance, sales, and profitability.

Drives Arby’s value strategy by identifying, testing, measuring, and scaling initiatives that improve traffic, frequency, acquisition, retention, and profitability. The role analyzes consumer, operational, financial, and competitive data; develops business cases and executive recommendations; coordinates cross-functional stakeholders; and supports commercialization and optimization of successful initiatives. Advanced Excel, presentation, and data visualization skills are required.
