Develops complex enterprise benefit solutions for self-funded employers and strategic partners. Analyzes medical and pharmacy claims, PBM structures, plan designs, utilization, costs, and financial risks; builds ROI and total-cost-of-care models; and creates customized proposals and commercial recommendations. Partners with Sales, Finance, Clinical, Legal, Product, and Operations teams, supports executive prospect discussions, establishes proposal governance and tools, and eventually leads the Proposal function.

Build and lead eMed’s sales enablement function, including seller onboarding, training, certification, content libraries, process documentation, and sales technology adoption. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Revenue Operations teams to create compliant messaging, improve Salesforce processes, measure enablement effectiveness, and scale repeatable programs across sales, BDR, channel, and post-sales teams.

Own and build eMed’s revenue operations function across top-of-funnel marketing operations, lead lifecycle management, routing, attribution, partner referrals, Salesforce data hygiene, and pipeline governance. Establish policies, processes, SLAs, reporting, and forecasting operations while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to improve funnel visibility, conversion, data quality, and revenue performance.

Support budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and variance analysis. Maintain comparables database and valuation benchmarks. Build financial models, produce executive reports and KPI dashboards, partner with leaders for planning, and improve reporting via automation and AI tools.

Own marketing analytics across paid, affiliate, influencer, and CRM channels. Build attribution frameworks, dashboards, data models, and subscription KPI reporting covering CAC, LTV, churn, retention, conversion, and ROI. Use SQL, dbt, Tableau, Python, or R for cohort analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling, and marketing mix modeling. Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, clinical, finance, and leadership teams.

Develops partner and client marketing materials supporting pre-sale and post-sale engagement, including sales enablement assets, case studies, one-pagers, and lifecycle communications. Coordinates with Partnerships, Customer Success, Design, Clinical, Legal, and Compliance teams to maintain consistent messaging and obtain approvals. Manages multiple client and partner workstreams, incorporates stakeholder feedback, and builds a scalable marketing asset library that supports growth, renewals, and brand consistency.

Manage end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients joining eMed’s digital health program. Lead kickoff, planning, milestones, status reporting, risk mitigation, issue resolution, client requirements, technical and operational onboarding, training, documentation, and go-live readiness. Coordinate Sales, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams while serving as the primary client contact.
