Sales Enablement Manager

Reports to: Director of Sales Operations

Department: GTM Operations

Location: Miami, FL

About the Role

As eMed's first dedicated Sales Enablement hire, the Sales Enablement Manager will build the enablement function from the ground up — owning the content, process documentation, and training programs that make our sales, BDR, channel, and post-sales teams more effective. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing, and is responsible for ensuring every seller has the knowledge, materials, and process clarity to move deals forward with confidence. The ideal candidate is a builder who is equally comfortable writing a playbook, running a live training, and turning messy tribal knowledge into scalable, repeatable programs. Just as important: this role's goal is a self-sufficient sales team — reps who know where to find answers on their own, so knowledge lives in systems and documentation rather than in a handful of people's heads.

Key Responsibilities1. Training & Onboarding
  • Design and run a structured new-hire onboarding program that ramps AEs, BDRs, and channel sellers to productivity quickly, with clear 30/60/90-day milestones and certification checkpoints.
  • Deliver ongoing training programs: product and clinical knowledge, sales methodology, competitive positioning, Salesforce and tooling best practices, and skills coaching.
  • Drive adoption of the revenue tech stack — including conversation intelligence (Gong) — using call libraries, snippets, and real deal examples to reinforce best practices and scale what top performers do.
  • Measure enablement effectiveness through ramp time, content usage, certification completion, and win-rate trends; iterate based on data and field feedback.
 2. Content & Collateral
  • Build and maintain a centralized, organized library of sales content — pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection-handling guides, proposal templates, and case studies — so reps always have the current, approved version.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams to translate product capabilities and clinical outcomes into clear, compliant, buyer-facing messaging for employers, unions, payers, and channel partners.
  • Establish a content governance process: version control, review cadences, and retirement of outdated materials.
 3. Process & Documentation
  • Own and continuously improve core sales process documentation, including the Salesforce user manual, stage definitions, opportunity hygiene standards, and deal-handling procedures (e.g., partner referrals, multi-year and capitated deal structures).
  • Work with Revenue Operations to document and roll out process changes, ensuring the field understands not just what changed but why.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Sales leadership, RevOps, and the field — turning leadership decisions into clear, adopted process.
Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales training, or a quota-carrying sales role with significant enablement responsibility; B2B healthcare, benefits, or digital health experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience building enablement programs or content libraries from scratch — this is a first-hire, zero-to-one role.
  • Strong writing and instructional design skills; able to turn complex processes and clinical concepts into clear, usable materials.
  • Confident live facilitator, comfortable training groups ranging from new BDRs to senior sellers.
  • Working fluency in Salesforce; experience with conversation intelligence platforms (Gong or similar) and content management/LMS tools a plus.
  • Highly organized self-starter who can manage competing priorities across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
