Select, size, and configure centrifugal pump systems to meet client requirements; specify seals, drive trains and variable speed controls; provide technical support to sales and clients; troubleshoot failures; ensure NFPA 20 fire-fighting compliance; apply CAD/CAE/FEA and materials science to solve complex engineering and supply-chain constraints.

Build and maintain customer-facing web and mobile solutions on Optimizely CMS/Commerce. Develop applications and integrations, perform testing, support CMS and integrations, meet SLAs (including infrequent off-hours support), collaborate with designers/analysts/developers, and contribute to project work and Azure DevOps pipelines.

Lead after-sales operations for pump systems, ensuring service delivery, technical support, spare-parts and warranty management. Manage and train field service teams, implement preventive maintenance and process improvements, drive RCA for failures, onboard authorized service centers, and report service KPIs using CRM/ERP tools.

Provide day-to-day product and project support for marketed products, assist with product launches and development, resolve product issues, create regional marketing materials, deliver presentations and training, update management on project progress, and coordinate with global product management and regional offices.

Support operational and analytical activities: document and analyze processes, produce reports and indicators, assist continuous improvement and automation projects, perform data analysis and validation, maintain technical documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and follow safety and quality policies.

Drive sales growth for fueling station electronics/electrical and mechanical system solutions across KY, OH, IN, and MI. Manage distributor network, prospect new business, provide technical sales support, deliver presentations, estimate projects, influence specifications, report market intelligence, support product development, and participate in pricing, warranty, and promotional activities. Requires extensive territory travel and distributor training.

Develop and manage strategic pricing and loyalty programs for designated markets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, products, margins, and competitors to create price lists, schedule discounts, evaluate special pricing requests, and measure program performance. Coordinate with sales and internal teams to communicate promotions and align initiatives with corporate strategy for Latin America.

Serve as primary customer contact handling orders, product specifications, pricing, delivery, training, and related inquiries. Provide timely, accurate information, build relationships, and multitask in a fast-paced environment to ensure excellent customer service.

Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and month-end close. Produce management reports and financial analyses, support ERP/system maintenance, assist audits, administer expense reporting, and lead process improvements.

Design and revise production fixtures and test equipment, introduce and improve manufacturing processes for cost savings, create and maintain process instructions, train employees, specify new shop-floor equipment, and optimize product workflow and efficiency.
