- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Franklin Electric products.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strategically position Franklin Electric in the market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary): 30.000€ – 40.000€
Company car
Variable Compensation: Sales Bonus & Eligibility for the Premio di Risultato (PDR), in accordance with the applicable company agreement.
