Owns the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of Power BI semantic models, data flows, dimensions, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake integrations. Develops reporting datasets and dashboards, blends multiple data sources, troubleshoots data issues, translates business requirements into analytics, and supports Sales Operations. Collaborates on cross-functional projects, defines milestones, manages reporting changes, supports users, and optimizes business intelligence processes.

Investigates service incidents, spam, phishing, and mail-delivery issues; supports migrations and tenant changes; fulfills eDiscovery, legal hold, and audit requests; and reports on usage, adoption, and license consumption.

Manages Windows and mobile endpoint environments using Intune and Configuration Manager. Configures Autopilot, endpoint policies, security baselines, application deployments, patching, compliance remediation, and co-management migrations. Maintains Configuration Manager infrastructure, investigates deployment failures, produces device health and patch-compliance reporting, supports feature-update readiness and application compatibility testing, and executes endpoint changes through formal change management with testing and rollback plans.
