Manage and grow a portfolio of Middle East accounts, driving retention and revenue through consultative relationships, account planning, renewals, product demonstrations, cross-team collaboration, and pipeline forecasting.

Performs outbound sales (including cold calling), qualifies prospects, accepts and closes orders, maintains customer records in CRM, pursues sales leads, may manage an assigned product line, and may have sales quotas and incentive targets.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and services for large-scale search and analytics. Develop batch and ELT/ETL workflows, use Spark, Airflow, Python/Java and SQL, apply software engineering practices, contribute to AWS cloud systems, and collaborate with product and data science teams while mentoring engineers.

Lead a small-to-medium data science team to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions (especially LLMs/Transformer models), mentor junior staff, define methodologies and governance, collaborate cross-functionally, and set team strategy and high standards for model development.

Design, build, and maintain backend tools, services, and internal platforms using AWS to improve reliability, automation, observability, and deployment practices. Collaborate cross-functionally, participate in on-call rotations, mentor engineers, and drive operational improvements and incident response processes.

Performs general accounting tasks including preparing, maintaining and reconciling ledger accounts and financial statements. Records, analyzes, and reports transactions; supports forecasting, budgeting, statutory accounts, and accounting project documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives: define scope, plans, milestones, risks, and success measures; coordinate cross-functional teams; manage budgets, resources, and timelines; apply Agile or hybrid approaches; ensure governance and stakeholder communication; drive measurable business value and continuous improvement while mentoring junior delivery staff.
