Lead architecture and development of cloud-native applications: containerize and orchestrate with Docker/Kubernetes, build event-driven microservices (Python/Go/Java), model network topologies with YANG/OpenConfig, manage graph (Neo4j) and time-series data, build gRPC/REST APIs, and integrate AI/ML models into telemetry pipelines.

Lead design, develop, and maintain Opcenter/Camstar MES solutions. Translate stakeholder requirements into technical designs, implement C#/.NET and web UI components, integrate APIs, perform code reviews, troubleshoot, and mentor an offshore development team through the SDLC.

Serve as senior communications partner to CFO, CLO and Government & Geopolitical Relations Officer. Develop and execute integrated executive, internal and external communications strategies, translate complex financial, legal and geopolitical issues into clear narratives, prepare executives for high-profile engagements, orchestrate cross-functional communications resources, and drive stakeholder engagement to protect and advance Nokia's reputation and strategic priorities.

Lead semiconductor laser testing and Burn-In operations, focusing on capacity planning, equipment development, and cross-functional collaboration. Oversee die-level optoelectronic testing, manage vendor relationships, and define operational strategies for high-volume manufacturing.
