Provide end-to-end logistics support for Middle East & Africa shipments: generate export/import documents, ensure international trade compliance, coordinate with sales, factory, and freight forwarders, manage change orders, validate orders and shipping documents, and minimize customs/demurrage issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Drive customer adoption of digital self-service and e-commerce, provide pre/post-sales support, build account strategies and relationships, collaborate with technical experts, use digital tools and CRM to generate leads and convert sales, and maintain monthly account plans.

Lead and improve European drop shipment operations and regional S&OP. Manage a team, analyze forecast vs. demand, optimize supply performance, support lifecycle and stocking strategy, drive forecasting tool adoption, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve service levels and inventory outcomes.
