In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead Site Digital Transformation-Lead site digital transformation initiatives by identifying business opportunities, designing digital roadmaps, and implementing digital solutions across quotation, order management, engineering, supply chain, planning, manufacturing and warehouse operations.
Business Process Digitalization Analyze – business processes, identify bottlenecks, and design digital workflows to improve efficiency, transparency and data accuracy. Include Business Process Mapping, Workflow Design, Digital Framework, Future State Design.
Standardize Business Process and make business more effective with SAP/Oracle best features and Automation in other business systems.
Support on Daily ERP(SAP/Oracle) issues and develop reports in One BI and SQL.
Digital Solution Development Develop – digital applications, dashboards and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. Examples include Power BI Dashboard, SQL Report, Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Chatbot.
Workflow Automation - Design and implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, AI and other digital technologies to eliminate manual operations.
Digital Technology Training - Provide digital technology training and coaching for employees on Oracle, Power Platform, BI, AI applications and digital tools to improve digital capability across the organization.
Apparent or Assigned - Performs related work as apparent or any other assigned by manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent.
- 8 years of experiences in development / programming of industrial automation / process control software and advanced software tools.
- Familiar with the Order Handling, Manufacturing and Material Planning process.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills, initiative.
- Good presentation skills in English. Clearly present data, plans and initiatives in the meetings.
- Learn quickly, self-driven, positive working attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cooperative and team oriented environment as well as independently.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
