In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead periodic closing and report actual numbers in the corporate consolidation system.
- Coordinate and prepare Yearly Financial Statutory Statements.
- Handle VAT and VAT reporting with precision.
- Manage taxes and prepare accurate tax returns.
- Tackle various ad-hoc requests, both internally and externally.
- Ensure full compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Act as the go-to person for accounting queries related to Travel Expenses and Payroll.
- Coordinate centralized accounting functions as the key point of contact.
- Oversee Statistical Government reporting (SCB).
- Maintain and review Delegation of Authorities (DoA) and Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Control (ICQ) requirements.
- Drive operational improvements, refine ways of working, and develop clear work instructions.
- Collaborate closely with Global Financial Services and Global Business Services teams.
- Serve as the main contact for Oracle systems and related platforms.

- A relevant University degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including leadership roles.
- Fluency in English & Swedish.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle.
- A good understanding of multinational corporate environments.
- A passion for improvements in execution and driving efficiencies.
- A strong understanding of both Swedish statutory accounting and international standards (US GAAP, SOX).
