Support multiple ASIC development programs by coordinating engineering teams, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, dashboards, and execution metrics. Lead ASIC RTL design and micro-architecture efforts: write Verilog/SystemVerilog, define architecture and specs, debug simulations and waveforms, collaborate with verification and physical design to close timing and P&R issues, perform lab post-silicon validation, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead SRE for the Network Assurance Data Platform responsible for designing, building, and optimizing cloud and big-data infrastructure for ML/AI workloads. Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot production issues, implement SRE practices (monitoring, alerting, error budgets), mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the platform roadmap and automation for enterprise-scale deployments.

Support design and deployment of Service Provider network solutions. Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures, assist end-to-end delivery, troubleshoot network issues, document processes, share knowledge, and help develop repeatable delivery frameworks under senior guidance.

Design, operate, and scale highly available distributed systems for telemetry ingestion. Automate reliability, participate in on-call incident management, evaluate resilience and DR, collaborate with app teams, and use AI tooling to reduce toil.

Design, simulate, lay out, and characterize integrated photonic components and circuits for high-speed optical communication products. Develop multiphysics models, generate GDS layouts, support foundry processes and tapeouts, analyze measurement data and process variation, and transition PIC designs from prototypes through qualification and high-volume manufacturing. Collaborate with packaging, electronics, software, and optical test teams across silicon photonics, TFLN, and III-V platforms.

Leads technical sales engagements for Cisco and Splunk solutions, serving as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, account teams, and executives. Develops strategic customer plans, translates business needs into cross-architecture solutions, leads demonstrations and technical sales cycles, differentiates against competitors, and coordinates virtual sales teams. Drives demand generation, enablement, stakeholder alignment, customer relationship growth, and revenue through new and expanded opportunities.
