Your ImpactAs a Test Engineering Leader, you will lead a team of test engineers responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing production test solutions for Cisco's next-generation ASIC and SoC products.
You will:
- Lead the development and release of ATE test programs for ASIC/SoC products from NPI through production.
- Partner with ASIC Design teams to bring up tests, characterize silicon, and improve test coverage.
- Develop and debug test patterns, identify coverage gaps, and implement robust test solutions.
- Drive high-volume manufacturing readiness by collaborating with Tier-1 OSAT partners to resolve production test and quality issues.
- Lead automation initiatives to improve test efficiency, quality, and manufacturing scalability.
- Analyze yield data, identify failure trends, and drive yield improvement and test time optimization.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product launches.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC NPI, ATE testing, silicon characterization, and production test.
- Strong expertise with Advantest V93000 (SmarTest 7 & 8) platforms.
- Proficiency in C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, and 93K test method development.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of DFT methodologies, including Scan, ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, PVT, and SerDes.
- Experience with yield improvement, failure analysis, and test time reduction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
