Meet the Team

Join the Cisco Silicon One Program Management team and help execute the next generation of networking silicon products. Our PMO partners with Program Managers, ASIC and Software Engineering teams, and Business Operations across the full development lifecycle. You will work with global stakeholders and help develop AI-powered tools that improve project tracking, visibility, and operational efficiency.

Your Impact

As a Project Manager, you will support multiple ASIC development programs by coordinating execution, tracking deliverables, and enabling collaboration across engineering teams. You will strengthen operational excellence through AI-based automation and tracking solutions. Your work will help teams identify risks and dependencies early, maintain alignment, and deliver programs successfully.

  • Support Program Managers throughout each phase of ASIC program execution.
  • Track milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, deliverables, status reports, dashboards, and execution metrics across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate activities among ASIC, Software, and Business Operations teams, including global stakeholders.
  • Drive follow-up and accountability to ensure project actions are completed on time.
  • Develop AI-powered tracking tools and automation solutions that improve project visibility, streamline processes, and strengthen program management methodologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain alignment and support successful program delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, program coordination, or a similar role, including experience with project management and reporting tools.
  • Experience developing or working with AI agents, AI automation tools, or AI-powered productivity solutions.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication experience across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize complex work, learn quickly, and drive execution with ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting semiconductor, ASIC, hardware, or software development programs.
  • Familiarity with ASIC development flows and the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
