Develop, implement, support, and troubleshoot automated assembly equipment and processes in a manufacturing environment. Program robots, vision systems, servos, pneumatics, and other automation equipment; design and modify manufacturing equipment; create technical documentation; coordinate preventive maintenance and spare parts with vendors and plant maintenance; collaborate with engineering and operations teams; and deploy systems at customer facilities with up to 15% U.S. travel.

Leads industrial engineering, facilities, and manufacturing support projects in a production environment. Responsibilities include labor standards, capacity and workforce planning, time studies, process simulation, NPI support, facility layout, workflow optimization, equipment relocations, contractor coordination, budgeting, and productivity improvement. The role also reviews prototype and pilot builds, coordinates cross-functional action plans, and provides technical guidance to engineers, technicians, and support personnel.

Leads sales operations and process improvement to support profitable revenue growth. Responsibilities include defining sales processes, implementing productivity tools, managing quotas, forecasting, reporting, revenue-plan tracking, sales programs, customer and market feedback, rep and vendor contracts, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales. The role also mentors representatives, supports executive alignment, organizes sales meetings and contests, develops communications, and travels to sales territories and trade shows as needed.

Provides Level 1 support for manufacturing and production systems, resolves operational tickets, troubleshoots applications, Zebra printers, labels, and connectivity issues, and monitors system performance. The role executes SQL queries, documents incidents and solutions, escalates complex issues, collaborates with manufacturing and IT teams, and supports system testing, enhancements, and deployments.

Supports office technology, videoconferencing, laptops, printers, Tier 1 networks, and telephony systems. Analyzes business processes, recommends improvements, researches and tests system enhancements, prepares stakeholder reports, writes functional and technical specifications, troubleshoots user issues, and supports software development lifecycle and implementation projects.

Manage industrial engineering teams and improve manufacturing productivity through labor standards, work measurement, facility layout optimization, capacity planning, and continuous improvement. Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce costs, eliminate waste, and optimize material flow, logistics, equipment, and workforce utilization. Partner cross-functionally on manufacturability, production planning, cost control, KPI management, and operational performance improvements.
