Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst L1 located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager the Business Systems Analyst L1 role will be responsible for providing first-level support for manufacturing and production systems, ensuring the continuity of business-critical applications used on the production floor. This role serves as the primary point of contact for users, troubleshooting system incidents, supporting internal applications, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
What a typical day looks like:
- Provide Level 1 support for production-related systems and applications.
- Respond to and resolve tickets generated directly from manufacturing operations.
- Support internal platforms and applications such as Flex Flow, ServiceNow/Knowledge Base tools, and custom-developed systems.
- Troubleshoot Zebra printer issues, label generation, and system connectivity problems.
- Monitor daily system performance and ensure uninterrupted production operations.
- Execute database queries to obtain, validate, and analyze operational information.
- Document incidents, root causes, and solutions within established support processes.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or development teams when required.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to identify process improvements.
- Support testing and deployment of system enhancements and updates.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience supporting business or manufacturing systems.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
- Ability to retrieve, analyze, and validate information from databases.
- Understanding of incident management and ticketing systems.
- English proficiency: Basic to Intermediate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
