Adhere to the HTV Graphics Style Guide, collaborate with newsrooms and producers, manage multiple requests, and deliver polished still and motion design on schedule. Prepare and deliver accurate, relatable weather forecasts across TV, radio, and digital platforms. Analyze radar and weather data, provide urgent severe-weather updates, perform live field reporting, create on-air graphics, attend editorial meetings, and represent the station at community events while keeping staff and viewers informed and safe.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud data pipelines and integrations. Develop APIs and modular components, apply generative AI to pipelines, enforce data governance and compliance for PHI/PII/PCI, mentor engineers, collaborate with analysts and data scientists, and ensure production reliability using containerized deployments and DevSecOps/Agile practices.

Lead strategy, planning and execution of Hearst’s corporate events portfolio. Oversee high-profile conferences, employee engagement, philanthropic and client events; manage vendors, budgets, logistics, stakeholder relationships, team development, and post-event analytics. Drive innovation through emerging technologies and ensure consistent, high-quality brand experiences.
