ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do
Program Leadership: Lead the delivery of multi-project programs, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and driving strategic value.
Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Strategic Oversight: Manage program interdependencies, identify risks, and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure program success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across Digital, Creative, and Technology teams to integrate innovative solutions that meet client goals.
KPI Management: Monitor and report on program performance against established KPIs, ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved.
Operational Excellence: Drive efficiencies within program execution, optimizing resources and maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
Innovation: Foster a culture of curiosity and exploration, identifying new opportunities for client growth and partnership expansion.
